Who We’re Looking For
We hire for both childcare and senior care roles. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and caring.
Childcare Roles (Sitter’s World)
- Childcare Provider / Childcare Assistant
- After-school Care Specialist
- Float / Substitute Caregiver
- Lead Sitter (program coordinator for home-based or pop-up sites)
Key qualities: experience with infants–12 years, creativity in activities, good communication with parents, CPR/First Aid (preferred).
Senior Care Roles (Versa Harmony)
- Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Medication Aide (where applicable)
- Live-in Caregiver / Overnight Support
Key qualities: empathy, respect for dignity, ability to follow care plans, documentation skills, CNA/PCA preferred for clinical roles.
Typical Responsibilities
- Provide age-appropriate supervision and activities (children) or daily living assistance and companionship (seniors).
- Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures.
- Prepare light meals/snacks and assist with feeding as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the environment.
- Communicate clearly with families and report changes in condition or behavior.
- Attend training and complete required documentation.
