Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this a licensed assisted living or memory care facility?

A: No. This is a private residential care home, not a licensed facility. We provide supportive shared living with caregiver oversight, not licensed assisted living or skilled nursing care.

Q: Who is this home appropriate for?

A: Women 60+ who are mobile and ambulatory, can handle basic self-care (dressing, toileting), but experience mild memory impairment or early-stage dementia. They benefit from structure, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Q: Can family visit?

A: Yes! Family and friends are welcome during reasonable hours. We encourage regular visits as they help residents maintain connections and emotional well-being.

Q: What if my loved one’s condition worsens?

A: If care needs increase beyond what our home can provide, we’ll work with your family to transition to an appropriate care level.
